How do I link my JourneyWell account to my Hello Heart?
Once you’ve successfully enrolled in Hello Heart, your account will be linked to your JourneyWell account automatically, and you can continue using the same account to participate in the incentive program every year.
What do I need to do to complete the incentive?
In order to complete the 2023 incentive program, you need to track your blood pressure once per week for 8 consecutive weeks from January 1, 2023 through August 25, 2023.
- A “week” is defined by 3M/JourneyWell as starting on Sunday and ending on Saturday.
- A BP reading only counts for the date that it is added to the app, so make sure you have the Hello Heart app open and you’re logged in on your phone when you’re taking these readings.
Why isn’t my progress being updated in the JourneyWell app?
Your JourneyWell account won’t show your progress throughout your participation, however it will be updated once you have completed the Hello Heart program. If you would like an update on your progress, you can always reach out to us and we’d be happy to help!
I completed the 8 weeks of tracking, but I haven’t received my incentive
Once you have completed the 8 weeks of tracking, JourneyWell will automatically be notified. It may take up to 10 business days for the information to update in your JourneyWell account once Journeywell receives confirmation that you've completed the program.
