I found my healthcare provider, but I'm having trouble connecting

If you've been able to find your healthcare provider, that's great news – you're halfway there!

If you're having trouble connecting to your clinic through the Hello Heart app, try logging in through your healthcare provider's website. Once there, use your usual username and password to log in to make sure there are no issues with your login credentials.

If you've been able to log in to your healthcare provider, but are still not seeing your test results, try the following troubleshooting steps below:

  • Force close the Hello Heart app
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the Hello Heart app downloaded
  • Disconnect and reconnect to your wifi, and try the connection process again once you have a stronger internet connection
