If Hello Heart crashes on your Android phone, it probably means your phone has an older version of the Android Operating System software, Android 4.4, which unfortunately is considered extremely unstable and full of bugs. We can help you see if there is a software update available, please try the steps below.
Check if there's a software upgrade available
To check for available updates:
- On your Android phone, please click Apps and then choose Settings.
- Click on About phone. The phone's software version is listed under Build number or System version.
- Click System updates. If an update is available, follow the instructions on your phone to download and install it. Once updated, your phone will restart to complete the installation.
Please note: software updates shouldn't affect your contacts, applications, or data, still we highly suggest you backup your contacts and other important stuff on your phone before upgrading.
If no updates are available for your phone (depending on your carrier and phone model), we suggest you use another Android or iPhone device, if you have one.
