The privacy and security of your information is our top priority, and we strictly follow CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines on storing your information, which is encrypted both on your phone and on Hello Heart's secure servers. 

Any data you enter into the Hello Heart app is covered by HIPAA and cannot be shared by us with anyone - including but not limited to your doctor, employer, or spouse. If you're part of a Wellness Program through your employer or benefits plan and are eligible to use Hello Heart, your employer or benefits plan has absolutely no access to any information that can be identified as yours and can only access aggregated anonymized information.
