If the monitor shows an "E1" error on the monitor, please follow these instructions:
Please make sure you're using the most up-to-date version of Hello Heart. From your Android phone, please click this link, and if there's a newer version, you'll see the option to update Hello Heart from the Play Store.
Then, please restart your Android phone: hold the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously (for Samsung Galaxy devices, hold Volume Up + Home + Power) to restart your Android phone. This step should boost the Bluetooth signal searching.
Please place the BP monitor as closely as you can to your Android phone, as close as 1". This step should ensure the monitor and your phone are close enough to "hear" each other and connect.
Then, try to reconnect the monitor to your Android phone.
