If you were asked by the Hello Heart support team to "Clear Data", please follow these instructions:
- On your phone, go to Settings and then choose Apps
- Scroll down to locate “Hello Heart” and click on it
- Click on “Storage”
- Click on “CLEAR DATA”. In the box that opens, click “OK” and wait for the box to close
- Then, close this screen
- Open Hello Heart app and log in with your email and password (need help with logging in?)
Please note: using Clear Data will not delete your medical information.
