- Open the Settings of your phone
- Click Apps (sometimes called Applications)
- Find the Hello Heart app and click on it
- Click Storage
- Click Clear Data
- Tap the Clear cache button
Once you've cleared the data, your app will be reset. Your data is not lost, however, your first time logging in you will need to fill out some introductory pages. The first pages will ask briefly about your medical history, the second will ask how you'll be using the app, and the last page will have you sign on the screen (with your finger) a commitment to yourself to take your blood pressure at least once a week. This will not be the process you'll need to take every time after logging in, just the first time after clearing your data.
