Not only can you track your blood pressure, you can also easily track your weight in the Hello Heart app and build reports to share with your doctor!
To view your weight tracker, you can click on Weight under the “My Tracker” page.
Add your weight:
- Click the red plus sign on the weight page
- Enter your weight, height, and the date your weight was taken
- Click “Save to my weight tracker”
- That’s it! Your new weight entry will appear on the weight tracker screen.
Edit your weight entries:
- Click on “Weight” under the “My Tracker”
- Click the weight entry you want to change
- The option to edit or remove the entry
- Change the details of your weight entry and click “Save to my weight tracker”
- The update will show on the weight tracker
Delete a weight entry:
- Click on “Weight” under the “My Tracker”
- Click the weight entry you want to delete
- The option to edit or remove the entry
- Select “remove”
- The tracker page will reload with the entry removed
