In order to receive a blood pressure monitor, you first need to sign up for Hello Heart and download the Hello Heart smartphone app. After you log in to the app and complete the welcome questions, you will see a screen confirming that your monitor will be sent out.
If you registered using an email address, you will automatically receive an email update with a tracking link when the monitor is ready to ship out. This usually happens the next business day after you log in and complete the welcome questions. If you registered with a phone number only, you won’t receive an update. (If you would like to add an email address to your account, please click the "Contact us" button below and include the requested details.)
Because this email is sent out automatically when a tracking link is created for your package (and not when the carrier actually receives the package), the tracking link might not have any updates for several hours. Some carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc) also recycle tracking links after a few months and may say the tracking link is expired. In both these cases, please check the link again at the end of the day or the next business day.
Your monitor should arrive 5-7 business days after it is sent out. If you still haven't received your monitor after two weeks OR if you don't see any updates in your tracking link after 3 days, please reach out to us following the instructions below.
