- Er 3: The temperature during the test was above or below the operating range - Move to an area within operating range of 48.8-111.2 degrees Fahrenheit and repeat the test when the glucometer and test strips have reached an operable temperature.
- Er 4: The blood sample has abnormally high viscosity or insufficient volume - repeat the test with a new test strip.
- Er 5: The wrong type of test strip was inserted into the Glucometer - insert a GLUCOGUARD Shine Blood Glucose test strip and repeat the test.
- Er 6: There is an issue with the glucometer - do not use the glucometer and contact Hello Heart Support at support@helloheart.com
- Er 7: There is a Bluetooth communication error - do not use the glucometer and contact Hello Heart Support at support@helloheart.com
- Er 8: An electronic error occurred - Repeat the test with a new test strip, if the issue persists contact Hello Heart Support at support@helloheart.com
