The monitor and app are not configured to support more than one user account and will try to transfer all readings to the app once the monitor is connected. We recommend users have their own monitor and account credentials (username and password) to avoid any skewed results.
Accounts can not be shared because our system does not allow for users to have accounts with the same email address or phone number. This is to prevent multiple users from having the same username(s).
If your spouse or family member is interested in enrolling into the Hello Heart program, they may be able to do so if they are on the same health plan and meet the eligibility criteria. Please have them use the same enrollment method that was given to you to create an account.
If they need assistance with enrollment or the sign-in process, please have them contact us directly. Due to HIPAA regulations, we are only able to discuss specific Hello Heart account information with the person who is/will be on the account.
