If your employer is partnering with Hello Heart through Personify Health, follow these quick instructions to get enrolled!:
- On your smartphone, go to https://login.personifyhealth.com to create or sign in to your account
- Navigate to Hello Heart and create your account
- Hover over Benefits and click on it
- Click on Browse All
- Locate Hello Heart, and click on it
- Locate Start Now and click on it to access the Hello Heart page
- Download the Hello Heart app using one of the following links:

- You can also search for "Hello Heart" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
