To change the email address associated with your Hello Heart account within the Hello Heart app, please follow the steps below!
- Tap on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the app
- At the top of the page, above your name, tap on the pencil icon next to your initials.
- Next, tap on the pencil icon under “Email” to edit or change your email address, and then select “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
- A 6-digit verification code will then be sent to your new email address for confirmation. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
Enter the code you receive, then tap “Verify”, and your new email will be saved.
If you'd like to change your phone number, please email us at support@helloheart.com and include the following details:
- Name of your organization (or your spouse's organization):
- Full name:
- Date of birth:
- Employee/Member ID:
- The current phone number associated with your account:
- The new phone number you would like to use:
We'll make the change and send you a confirmation, or let you know if further information is needed.
