How do I change the email address or phone number on my account?

There currently isn't a way for you to change your username (email address and/or phone number associated with your Hello Heart account) within the Hello Heart app. If you'd like to change your username, please click here and include the following details:

  • Name of your employer/organization (or your spouse's employer/organization):
  • Full name:
  • Date of birth:
  • Employee/Member ID:
  • The current email or phone number associated with your account:
  • The new email or phone number you would like to use: 

We'll make the change and send you a confirmation or let you know if further information is needed.
