How do I change the email address or phone number on my account?

To change the email address associated with your Hello Heart account within the Hello Heart app, please follow the steps below!

  1. Tap on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the app.
  2. At the top of the page, above your name, tap on the pencil icon next to your initials.
  3. Next, tap on the pencil icon under  “Email” to edit your username, then “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
  4. A 6-digit verification code will then be sent to your new email address for confirmation. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder.
  5. Enter the code you receive, then tap “Verify”, and your new email will be saved.

 

If you'd like to change your phone number, please click here and include the following details:

  • Name of your organization (or your spouse's organization):
  • Full name:
  • Date of birth:
  • Employee/Member ID:
  • The current phone number associated with your account:
  • The new phone number you would like to use: 

We'll make the change and send you a confirmation, or let you know if further information is needed.
