I need to reset my password

Don't remember your password? No problem! Please follow the instructions below, and we'll get you back up and running.

  1. Open the Hello Heart app and tap on “Forgot password?” (under the LOG IN button)
  2. Tap on the green “Reset password” button.  An email with a temporary password will be sent to the listed email address.
  3. If you see the message “Go check your email! We’ve sent you a temp password” it means your password has been successfully reset. Check your email and follow the instructions in the email to set up a new password. If you can't find it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your trash/spam folder.
  4. Please note: because your account contains health information, the temporary password will expire after 30 minutes for security purposes. If your temporary password has expired, please try requesting a new temporary password by following steps 1 and 2 above.
