How do I enable fingerprint or face log in?

Hello Heart asks for your password on every login to make sure your information stays safe and secure. If your phone has the ability to use a fingerprint to log in or facial recognition, you may be able to use these options to log into the Hello Heart app. This option is set up through your phone settings (not the Hello Heart app). We've included instructions for some of the major phone manufacturers below:

After fingerprint or face log in are enabled on your device, you will need to login to Hello Heart manually one more time. On your next log in, you'll be able to log into Hello Heart with Touch ID or Face ID.
