If you downloaded the Hello Heart app without enrolling for an account first, please follow these instructions to enroll in the Hello Heart program now!

If you enrolled with an email address, please check your email inbox for emails from Hello Heart. The email address we send emails to should be your username.
If you enrolled under a phone number, your username should be your 10-digit phone number (include area code; don't include any other characters such as hyphens, periods, or spaces).
If you can't find your username, please reach out to us by clicking the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of this article and including the requested information so that we can best assist you.
Are you on the newest version of the Hello Heart app?
Using an outdated version of the app may cause issues with logging in. Please follow the instructions for your device below to update the Hello Heart app.
- Open the App Store, then tap Today at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap the Update button next to the Hello Heart app
- Android phones:
- From the Play Store Home screen, tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Tap My apps & games
- Tap Hello Heart and click on Update
If you don't see an option to update, you're probably on the lastest version of the app.
Are you logging in on a mobile device?
While you can create your account by using a desktop computer, the Hello Heart program is only accessible via the mobile app for phones. Please try logging in on your compatible mobile device.
