If you can't remember your password, no worries! Please follow the instructions below, and we'll get you back up and running.
- Open the Hello Heart app and tap on “Forgot password?” (under the LOG IN button)
- Tap on the green “Email me a temporary password” button. An email with a temporary password will be sent to the listed email address.
- If you see the message “Go check your email! We’ve sent you a temp password” it means your password has been successfully reset. Check your email and follow the instructions in the email to set up a new password. If you can't find it in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your trash/spam folder.
- Please note: because your account contains health information, the temporary password will expire after 30 minutes for security purposes. If your temporary password has expired, please try requesting a new temporary password by following steps 1 and 2 above.
