Don't remember your password? No problem! Please follow the instructions below to get back up and running with the Hello Heart program.
- Open the Hello Heart app and tap on “Forgot password?” (below the LOG IN button)
- Enter the email address or phone number used when the account was created and your date of birth, then tap on the “Reset my password” button. An email/text message with a link to reset your password will be sent shortly after. This will include a verification code.
- Follow the instructions from the link to enter a verification code in the app to create a new password. If you can't find it in your email inbox after a few minutes, please check your trash/spam folder.
- Please note: Because your account contains health information, the link to reset your password will expire after 30 minutes for security purposes. If your temporary link has expired, please try requesting a new temporary link by following steps 1 and 2 above.

Once you enter the verification code, you’ll be instructed to create a new password. Your password must include the following:
- Be at least 8 or more characters long
- Include 1 or more special characters
- Include 1 or more uppercase letters
- Include 1 or more lowercase letters
