There currently isn't a way for you to change your username (email address and/or phone number associated with your Hello Heart account) within the Hello Heart app. If you'd like to change your username, please click the “Contact Support” button below and including the following details:
- Name of your employer/organization (or your spouse's employer/organization):
- Full name:
- Date of birth:
- Employee/Member ID:
- The current email or phone number associated with your account:
- The new email or phone number you would like to use:
We'll make the change and send you a confirmation or let you know if further information is needed.
