Using Apple Health with Hello Heart

  1. First, open the Hello Heart app and log in (Forgot your password?).
  2. Next, go to the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Under the Manage section, tap on the option for “Devices and apps”.
  4. Under Apps, tap on “Apple Health”.
  5. Next, select the option “Turn On All”.
  6. Then tap “Allow” in the top right corner of the app to connect.
  7. Select the back arrow at the top left corner, then the “X” on the Profile page.
  8. Select Trackers, and at the top of the screen, navigate to Activity.
  9. Tap on “Start tracking your activity now!”.
  10. That’s it! Your Hello Heart account is now connected to Apple Health.

Please note: If you have reinstalled the application (removed and then installed again), Apple Health will remove all synced activity data with the Hello Heart app. This means that only the data that was entered after you reinstalled the app will be available. We recommend that you back up your health data before deleting or reinstalling the app.

 

If you are unable to see your activity in the Hello Heart app, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue further: 

  1. Open Apple Health.
  2. Click on your Profile in the top right corner of the app.
  3. Under “Privacy”, click Apps.
  4. Select Hello Heart.
  5. Then turn All Categories On.
