If readings are not showing in the "Tracker" tab, this usually means that the monitor is not connected to the app or the app was not open when taking the reading. First, let's try:
- making sure Bluetooth is enabled
- enabling WiFi to strengthen the connection
- opening the Hello Heart app on your phone before you start measuring your blood pressure
Once you've done the above, follow these steps to connect your Hello Heart blood pressure monitor to your phone:
Open the Hello Heart app on your phone and log in with your credentials
There will be a screen asking if you’ve received your monitor, tap on "Connect the BP monitor now!"
Press and hold the start button until you see the flashing “0”s on the screen or the letters “Pr”
You may see a pairing request on your screen, please “Allow” or “Pair” to your monitor
You should see a message “Connected!” once the connection process is complete
If your monitor was connected previously, but is now no longer transferring your readings, follow the links below for instructions on how to restart and reconnect your monitor.
