The date and time on your blood pressure monitor should automatically be synced to the date and time on your phone when you connect the monitor to your phone.
- If you are seeing readings with older dates (for example, from 2018), this typically means the your monitor was used before connecting it to the app.
- If the date and time are not syncing correctly, please follow the steps below to reconnect your monitor to your mobile app:
- Log in to the Hello Heart app
- Tap on the "Profile" tab at the bottom-right corner of the screen
- Under the section Manage, tap on “Apps and devices”
- Under Devices, you should see "Heart monitor" listed, tap on it
- Follow the steps on your screen to connect your monitor to your app
That's it! The times and dates on your readings should now be updated moving forward.
