Why does my reading show the wrong date and time?

The date and time on your blood pressure monitor should automatically be synced to the date and time on your phone when you connect the monitor to your phone.

  • If you are seeing readings with older dates (for example, from 2018), this typically means the your monitor was used before connecting it to the app.

  • If the date and time are not syncing correctly, please follow the steps below to reconnect your monitor to your mobile app:

  1. Log in to the Hello Heart app

  2. Tap on the "Me" tab at the bottom-right corner of the screen

  3. Tap on the Gear symbol in the top-left corner of the app (this is your settings for the app)

  4. Under Devices, you should see "Blood pressure monitor" listed

  5. Tap the red "Connect" button next to "Blood pressure monitor"

  6. Follow the steps on your screen to connect your monitor to your app

That's it! The times and dates on your readings should now be updated moving forward.
