In addition to phone notifications, your Hello Heart smart Pill Box uses colored light indications to help you stay on track with your medication, show device status, and assist with troubleshooting. All status indicators described below are visual (LED light-based).
Pill Box Light Indicator Reference Guide
Box Lid Light Patterns
- Flashing White — Time to take medication
- Flashing Orange — Refill the Pill Box
- Flashing Blue — Pairing in progress
- Solid Blue — Pairing successful
- Flashing Blue & Orange — Pairing failed
- Flashing Red — Firmware update in progress
Pill Compartment Light Patterns
- Flashing White — Time to take medication
- Flashes 3x, Then Solid Green — Dose taken (pill cup removed and returned)
- Green “Piano” lights — All doses completed (final dose taken and last pill cup returned, weekly schedule complete)
Power Button Light Patterns
- Battery indicator flashing orange — Device is currently charging
- Battery indicator solid green — Battery is fully charged
- Battery indicator solid orange — Battery is low and needs charging
- No indicator / device unresponsive — Battery may be fully depleted
