I'm seeing an error code on my blood pressure monitor (Zewa UAM-905HH)

If the silver sticker on the back of your Hello Heart monitor says "Model UAM-905HH", please continue below for troubleshooting instructions. If the silver sticker says "Model UAM-906HH", please click here. If the silver sticker says "Model UA-651BLE-HH", please click here.

Display won't turn on: If your blood pressure monitor won't turn on, the batteries are either low or inserted incorrectly. Please insert new batteries following the markings within the battery compartment.

Lo: Batteries are low. Please insert new batteries following the markings within the battery compartment.

out: This error code means that the reading results are outside the measurement range of the monitor (extremely high or low values). This may be due to taking your blood pressure incorrectly (for this monitor) or using an improperly sized cuff. Please take another reading following these instructions.

E01: Please remove and secure the blood pressure cuff again. It should be tight enough that it doesn't slide off your arm and loose enough that you can put 2 fingers between the cuff and your arm. 

E02: The monitor may have detected movement during the reading. Please wait a moment and take your blood pressure again, making sure to not move or talk during the measurement.

E03: The monitor is having a hard time detecting your pulse. Please make sure that the blood pressure cuff is directly on your skin (without sleeves)

E04: The monitor was unable to complete the measurement. Please take another reading following these instructions.

E12: There was a communication error between the monitor and the Hello Heart app. Please make sure you are signed in to the Hello Heart app and take another reading.

EExx: There may be a calibration error with the monitor. Please try to take another reading.
