We are proud of you for setting reminders! Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
- First, open and log into the Hello Heart app.
- Next, tap on the Profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Under Manage, tap on “Reminders”.
- Then, toggle on the option to turn on reminders.
- A pop-up will come up that says, “How often do you want to take your blood pressure?”
- Set your preferred reminder frequency then tap Select time.
- Choose the time you want to be alerted, and then Save and continue.
You're all set! You no longer have to worry about remembering to track your blood pressure. Your app will remind you!
