How do I add a height reading?

You can easily add your height to your weight readings in the Hello Heart app to help calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and build reports to share with your doctor!

 

1. To enter or view your height in the app, you can tap on Weight at the top of the Trackers page

2. To add your height to a weight reading, tap on the red plus sign at the bottom of the screen, or you can navigate to the Trackers tab and select the Weight tracker at the top of the screen

3. Enter your weight and the date your weight was taken

  • The first time you add a reading, you will be asked to add your height. However, it will be added automatically every time after!

4. Tap “Save to my weight tracker”

5. That’s it! Your new height entry will be saved with the new weight reading on the tracker screen.

 

Need help to edit a height reading? Follow the steps below!

Editing a height entry:

  1. First, tap on Weight at the top of the Trackers page
  2. Then select the weight entry with the height added that you would like to change by tapping on the reading
  3. Next, tap on "Edit"
  4. Change the details of your height entry and select “Save to my weight tracker” 
  5. The update will be adjusted on the weight tracker
