I don't have a compatible smartphone

The service and product that we provide at Hello Heart is a smartphone app that helps users to track their blood pressure and better understand their heart health. The blood pressure monitors that we provide to our users are an additional tool meant to support the Hello Heart app.

We understand that not everyone has a smartphone, and we recognize and respect every individual’s choice on whether or not to have a smartphone or download the Hello Heart app. However, a compatible smartphone (operating system Android 8/iOS 12 or higher) is required in order to participate in our program. 

If your device is showing as incompatible or you don't have a smartphone, please try to download the app on a tablet (like an iPad) or on a household member's phone. We are unable to make the Hello Heart app available for older devices because of the many new features that have been added to the app to improve the user experience. But, if at all possible, we would love for you to be able to take advantage of this opportunity and be able to track your blood pressure with the Hello Heart app and monitor.
