How do I download or update the app?

You can download the Hello Heart app on your smartphone by clicking on one of the following links:

You can also search for "Hello Heart" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Make sure it is the app icon with a red heart with a white paperclip over the right side!

I didn't receive the text message to download the app

During the enrollment process, you'll be given the option to receive an SMS text message with a link to download the app. If you clicked on the green "Confirm address and receive link" button and didn't receive a text message, you can follow the instructions above to download the app.

If you had entered a shipping address on that page before clicking the green button, your address was saved. If the address didn't save properly, you will be asked to provide your shipping address when you sign in to the Hello Heart app for the first time.

The error can be caused by multiple factors, such as: pop-up blocker, browser type, cell phone reception, or entering a phone number that doesn't have text messaging capabilities. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience!  

 

Updating the app

Occasionally, new updates are added to the app. Due to this, app updates are required for new features, bug fixes, and to keep the app functioning properly. 

To check which app version is on your phone, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Hello Heart app, and log into your account
  2. Tap on the Profile section at the bottom of the screen
  3. Scroll down to the Manage section, and then tap on  Settings
  4. The app version will be listed at the bottom of the page
