I can't find my employer or organization

If you are receiving an error message that we can’t find your organization, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You need to enter the name of the employer/union/fund instead of the insurance provider
    • For example: "Costco" instead of Anthem
  2. The employer/union/fund needs to be entered exactly as it appears on the postcard, email, or other communication you received about Hello Heart
    • For example: "United Parcel Service" instead of UPS, "AT&T" instead of ATT
    • The easiest way to do this is by starting to type the name of the employer/union/fund and then selecting the right option from the dropdown list that appears
  3. You may need to enter the name of the parent company if your employer/union/fund is a subsidiary of a larger organization
    • For example: if you work at YouTube, you may need to enter "Google"
  4. If you receive your health benefits through a spouse or parent/guardian, enter their employer/union/fund instead of your own
    • For example: if you work General Motors but your health insurance is through your spouse's union, enter the name of your spouse's union
