I don't see a place to enter an enrollment code
If you see a prompt to enter the name of your employer/union/fund instead of an enrollment code, it means you don't need an enrollment code to continue.
I received a postcard
We’re thrilled to have you onboard! To get started, you'll need your enrollment code, which can be found on the back of the postcard in bright green letters.
Once you’ve located your enrollment code, follow these instructions to enroll.
I received an email with a link
If you received an email with a link, click on the link that was provided to you – you do not need a registration code since the link already has the code filled in.
If you are unable to find the email in your inbox, type in “hello heart” into your inbox’s search bar, and you should be able to locate your email with enrollment information.
I don't have a code, I heard about Hello Heart from my spouse, a coworker, or work event
You can use the same employer code or link that was provided to your coworker to enroll for an account of your own.
If you are a spouse or dependent, you can use the same code or link as well long as your employer or organization allows spouses and dependents to participate in the program. For more information, click here.
I still can’t find my code
